Insomnia i’m facing:
im havin trouble fallin and stayin asleep , i told my doctor about it and he told me its my meds, but ive had this problem form before that…i didnt tell him that…so does anybody know whats good for fallin and stayin asleep?

A lot of questions I know, but insomnia is a difficult subject to tackle. There are several things you can try to improve sleep such as natural sleep aids like Valerian.

Try drinking a warm glass of milk before you sleep. A hot relaxing bath an hour or so before sleep can help ease away tension.

No matter what the cause you need to see another doctor that will give you Ambien or something else. Any caring doctor wouldn’t let you suffer like this. I have to have a fan running in the room even if I can’t feel it. Warm milk helps too.
