Insomnia??
Insomnia i’m facing:
I have always had a hard time,with getting to sleep and staying asleep.I am on a few meds. that should help(not sleeping pills)But dont help a lot.Does anyone have any thing you do,To ensure a good nights sleep?

i suffer from insomnia too. what helps me sleep is just putting some classical music on, keeping my eyes closed, dreaming something happy, and trying to stay still.
