How doi cope with insomnia?
Insomnia i’m facing:

Keep yourself on a strict schedule. Go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time. If you don’t sleep, then don’t try to sleep during the day….just wait for the next cycle. Also, do not sleep in late.
