Help with my insomnia?
Insomnia i’m facing:
i’ve been showing insomnia-like symtoms for the last several months. i usually don’t get to sleep until after 3 in the morning, and i always have to wake up at around 7. what can i do to fix it? ive tried exercise and mental stimulation, but nothing seems to help. i want to fix this problem without the use of medication.

After months of searching for an answer, I posted on an insomniac forum about my problem, and they suggested this:

This was the only thing that helped with my insomnia, I highly recommend you try it before it becomes so severe that you end up in the same situation I was in. Not Fun!!!
