Any new insomnia advice?
Insomnia i’m facing:
I’ve had insomnia most of my life. Lately it’s been pretty bad. Can’t calm my mind down and drift off even though I’ve followed all the advice I give out. (Have a bedtime routine, think pleasant, peaceful thoughts, etc.) I don’t want to take medication again because the last time I gained a lot of weight and I can’t afford to gain anymore. Any advice for something I’m missing?

Insomnia is often caused by fear, stress, anxiety, medications, herbs, caffeine, depression or sometimes for no apparent reason. Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark. when you find out , let me know!! it disrupts your WHOLE life…..seriously. You wanna sleep in the day, are drowsy and cant sleep at nite. Alot of mine has to do with my chronic Fibro, but i have never heard of sleep meds making you gain weight. only Depression meds…..what are you ON?? hmmmm
